Got my tires installed at Kal Tire i figured it would just be a basic in-and-out job, but actually they were careful with everything. They balanced the tires properly and put the wheels back on clean, with no scratches or mess that I could see.

On the drive home I was waiting to feel some shaking or hear something weird, but no, it felt smooth right away. I was maybe just satisfied at first, actually happy with it now, and I’d go back again.

I bought a set of tires here they were okay at first, but they just didn’t hold up as long as I was expecting. I’m not saying they were terrible or anything, because they did the job for a while and I didn’t have any major issues right away, but the tread seemed to wear down faster than I’m used to. For the price, I was hoping they’d last a bit longer. Overall, they feel average to me, not the worst, but not something I’d be super excited to buy again either.

I felt misled about the final cost. The upfront price looked fine, but then extra fees showed up later, and it feels like they use little policy loopholes to justify charging more. I wouldn’t have minded as much if everything had been clearly explained from the start.

Stopped by Kal Tire today and had a good experience. I’m usually a bit skeptical when places talk in that overly polished “we value your business” kind of way, but the guy at the counter was just normal and easy to talk to. He explained what was going on with my tire without making it sound more complicated than it was.
They checked everything quickly and, best part, didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for. It felt like they were just helping me out, which I appreciated. I’d go back

The store was clean and the visit was simple overall. I can’t remember if I went in the morning or later in the day, but I do remember the waiting area being a little short on chairs. Other than that, everything went fine

I booked a wheel alignment at Kal Tire and overall it turned out okay. The staff were friendly, and to be fair, the car is driving straighter now, so the actual work seems to have been done right. The part that bothered me was the wait. It took longer than they originally told me, and no one really checked in or gave me an update unless I went and asked. I don’t expect everything to run perfectly, but I do think if a customer’s time is being held up, it’s only right to keep them in the loop. The price was about what I expected, so no issue there. Not a bad visit, just not as smooth or considerate as it could’ve been.

I booked an appointment on kaltire.com and, I mean, it did work in the end. The time slots were a bit confusing at first, so I wasn’t totally sure I was picking the right one. I did get my confirmation, though — it just took a little longer than I expected
